    Maurits is an American-born (confirmed to me by the club) '97 attacker who plays with the second team of second-division RKC Waalwijk.

    Got an assist for them earlier this month:

    In het begin van de wedstrijd stond de verdediging minder goed en er werden weinig duels gewonnen. Geldrop was de betere partij en scoorde terecht de 1-0. Na de 1-0 gingen wij beter voetballen en werden wij de bovenliggende partij. De jongens werden scherper en wonnen meer duels. De 1-1 werd gescoord door Jari Koenraat uit een prachtige voorzet van Maurits de Baar. In de eerste helft werden nog enkele kansen gecreëerd, maar deze werden helaas niet benut.​

    It looks like he made a few first-team appearances for them, scoring a goal, last season, so maybe he's a candidate for more playing time this season as well.

    It looks like he came to RKCW from Elinkwijk, which he joined from Den Bosch.

    Maurits de Baar entered the pitch after 75 minutes in the first division match PSV Eindhoven U23 against RKC Waalwijk last friday 20 October
    This was his second appearance in the first team of RKC so far.

    RKC Waalwijk U23 won 1-3 in Nijmegen against number two NEC Nijmegen in the Dutch reserve league. Dutch American Maurits de Baar scored two goals and delivered one assist
