Mathis Albert at Dortmund

According to TM, he has a French passport so I'd imagine this could be a move at 16 potentially

 

Good luck to him, moving to Germany at 14 is a massive undertaking. The upside is he'll have a pretty good idea of how the club feels about him by the time he is 17/18 so he'll still have prime developmental years ahead of him if it doesn't work out.

 

Made his debut for BVB U17 against Hannover on August 10th. According to the match report, he made a strong impression.

Looks like a top quality athlete in those clips. Seems to have really good acceleration, especially when looking for a return pass.

Are those direct assists or secondary assists?

Transfermarkt does not list him having an assist this season.

 

Only MLS does the secondary assists as far as I know. This kid is on the Pulisic trajectory or close to it.
