Really? Because I was thinking that he looks kind of like Mark Wahlburg in that picture.....

CFCinDC-I am not sure if you are interested, but I have an amazing picture of Freddie Ljungberg modeling his Calvins if you would like to see it. I put it up as my avatar for a day (I think) to protest all the boob avatars that showed up during Euro2004. But I made a deal with the worst offender (hello Phishy! ;)) and dropped the picture. But it is a very nice pic.

OoooOo, I'd LOVE to see if you don't mind sharing. I'm sure MG wouldn't mind either, even though she's in the midst of her Paolo fetish right now. ;) :D

CFC add today's Fiver from the guardian to your naughty, and not in a good way, list:

"... The trouble[west Ham match] started when Mateja Kezman needed treatment for a head injury (amazingly caused not by excessive light-headedness after scoring, but a coin), continued with an almighty punch-up between both sets of fans after the final whistle, and will probably conclude in 2007 when the FA decides on slapped wrists all round...."

Tsk Clan, I'd expect a bit more from you. We *do* just keep it in here, you know, and even then it's not all that bad. It's natural, if women's soccer were just as big as the EPL, I think it'd be hard for you boys to not notice the pretty ones. :p

    Glen Mills?
    Never heard of it.

Is it one of the many new private estates that have sprung up in the last decade?

Yasick, I'm waiting for a Kezza-related bit, or at the very least a nice pic.

*wanders off, grumbling about how men and staying on topic don't mix*

    Meant to add this addendum:
Clanblue-Would you rather have your wife appreciate footie and the men who play it or give you a hard time when you order the game PPV and wake everyone up yelling about it?

My husband is not even a football (well not soccer anyway) fan and he loves it that I would rather watch sports than Survivor or whatever bullcrap happens to be on the telly...... :)

I would probably be caught up in more shows than I am except that they all seem to start at 8-9 when I am trying to get my son in bed. I also have footie practice a couple of times a week and games so I am usually tired and don't have the energy to search to find shows to watch or to watch them later if I tape them.

The Americans will appreciate this- my husband and brother were talking about something coming on Fox (a regular network tv station here) and my son (age 4) says "Fox Sports World? Is there a match on? Are Mommy and I going to watch it?" Just trying to bring him up right! ;)

LOL! You really are bringing him up right, that's adorable! :D

And I guess the only perk to being single is not having to share the TV... or the computer... and able to pop off to the bar anytime to catch my matches. ;)
