Despite seemingly better possession for the Union, Giovinco sets up Delgado to split Gaddis and Marquez to score. 1-0 TFC after 28 minutes.

Giovinco makes it 2-0 on rebound from his 25 yard blast that Marquez, Fabinho and Nogs are slow to react to stay with Giovinco after he shot. Looking like another road beatdown.

Need to bring Williams on for Gaddis to help keep Morgan from bombing forward. TFC is overloading Gaddis' side of the field.

Ayuk in for Wenger after 37 minutes as he as had a few knocks today - perhaps saving him for USOC on Tuesday. Loyalty code (WENGER11) already posted figuring people may soon start tuning out after those two quick TFC goals.

I just turned it on, switching back-and-forth between it and the US pregame show.

Funny to hear Bradley interviewed about Jozy's departure and then see him out there against the Union. And the excuse has been that Jozy's not really fit because he's still recovering from injury, and yet he's starting...

Doing home improvement projects instead of watching this one. Thanks for posting the code.

Union with 59% possession for the half but old habits still there (inability to finish, unable to handle adversity by giving up 2 goals in 3 minutes).

I apologize for being overly negative here, but just reviewing the starting XII: how can anyone reasonably expect a team to win long-term when they constantly trot out a trio of Carroll, Wenger, and Le Toux in the midfield?

Carroll has been improved of late, but the man is only getting older.

always comes down to naivete on the bench and the lack of a real roster. Never changes.

Curtin painted himself into a corner naming Gaddis his RB for the rest of the year. Williams would have been a much better option this match. Morgan wouldn't have been bombing forward the entire first half if Williams is starting at RB. Teams have to at least respect him going forward. Teams don't fear Gaddis, and rightly so.

Marquez exits with what looks like an ankle injury. Casey in as they go 3-5-2.

This is about as bad of a game that LeToux has played in a Union shirt. Touch, passes, movement have all been bad from LeToux today.

    Casey! false hope.....

Casey blasts one in off a Sapong header. TFC 2-1 in injury time.

LeToux has been a turnover machine while Gaddis has killed many a Union attack from his RB spot. 2-1 final.

They are what we know they are. A precarious roster that NEEDS its best players playing or it crumbles. No depth. No chance. Lose Edu, no organization in the back. Simple as that.

Well, halftime in the other game gave me a chance to see the Union's only goal. So, now I feel like I didn't miss anything.

Oops, but I'm not even sure the Union would win much with this roster even if they had 12 players on the pitch.:whistling:

Nice work from Casey for the goal. All the haters need to STFU after that. Also check his defense splitting pass on 84' for Ayuk. If Nogueira did that the internet would be swooning.

Love, Casey's mom (who's got it going on)
