    What the hell.

Awesome start, then the team comes back and is weak and rolls over.

That was the best 45 SRFC put forth all season, followed by quite possibly the worst 45 in team history.

Helluva way to go into the Bataan Death March portion of the schedule.

    Utterly speechless.

Jekyll and Hyde performance, again. Didn't end well in the book, won't end well for us. Gotta find complete-game consistency, or the next four weeks might be fatal.

Our central defense has been increasingly exposed every game. Last night just shined a bright light on it. Opponent;s freedom of movement at the top of our box is really surprising. Are we afraid of contact? It's frustrating because it seems that, individually, Moffat, Taintor, Hall and Seiler are good defenders but, collectively, there's no shut 'em down mentality.

Hall and Moffat are approaching the end of their careers. Seller is the weak link however, and that’s not even considering our fullbacks who have not been doing well other either side of the ball.

I’m a lot of ways this goes back to the team basically being blown up this offseason. A completely new back line, new goalkeeper, and mostly new guys playing ahead of them in the midfield. There was not continuity from prior Republic teams. Bunch of guys assembled in the hopes that it would be good enough, but we’re seeing that it’s simply not.
