Does anybody out their know the best way to get match fit in six weeks, as the team that i play for, are going semi-pro soon and my coach tells me that I need to get fitter!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok for the first serious answer here: What can you do a mile in? I do this simple work out at the track: 2 warm-up laps 2 800's at a hard pace 2 400's at a hard pace 2 200's at a near sprint pace Rest for about 30-60 seconds between each run.
