I wonder where Younis was in the 90 mins this match. He was invincible as expected. He is finished.

Imagine thinking that friendly warmup games are the same as competitive games.

    He didn't even play 90minutes.

I don't even care what haters say about him. They can cry that he's ruining the team, while he continues to score goals for Iraq. Your complaints mean nothing since he will always play for the nation team until he decides to retire.

He has 4 goals from his last 5 competitive games for Iraq.

First of all I'm absolutely no hater. I admired the guy from 2002 till 2013. He was a legend, and of the best strikers for Iraq. However, his time is up. He is not the same player anymore.

He scored 4 goals. 2 were against Taiwan, 1 penalty against Vietnam and 1 against Thailand. Nothing special.

So what you're saying is that even though he's scoring almost all our goals, he is finished.

A goal is a goal. Whether its against Taiwan or Brazil. What do you want him to do? Not score? If he doesn't score, your criticise. If he does score you criticise. He just can't win.

As for this game, it is absolutely meaningless. It's a warm up game.

The point is that we put him against weak opponents and he gets pretty much the whole game, while we have strikers on the bench who could score more goals against the same opponent, and gain much needed international experience.

Do you really think Hammadi would struggle to score against Taiwan? The same guy who is topscorer in the AFC Cup now with 5 goals in 3 games? Mohanad Abdul-Raheem who is topscorer of the domestic league?

Come on man.. Even the fans couldn't stand it any longer and chanted that he should be subbed off.
