So this morning and early afternoon, I'm thinking maybe I don't want to keep doing this in 2021, that it isn't that much fun and being done might be nice. Screw that. I could hardly breathe by the end of the game, and then I scared all humans and creatures within about a ten block radius when I celebrated Damir's goal.
What an ending! Reminds me of RSL beating Colorado to clinch our first playoff appearance back in ‘08. All 3 California teams miss the playoffs. Don Garber had to have had a heart attack.
In typical RSL fashion, we lose against teams we should beat, and beat teams we should lose to. Maybe this is good for a playoff run?
Man I'm kicking myself for not attending. And because Colorado won and Seattle tied, we have the pleasure of heading up to Seattle for the playoff game. Yay...
From @newtex; this is amazing: I do weekly standings on the Dynamo board. LAG was never out of the playoff zone the entire season. Until that RSL goal. They were top 3 in the West until August 28 and didn't drop below 4th until September 25.
Wow! Damir Kreilach is a RSL legend. What an amazing win. Why take the easy route when you can do it like this.
Kreilach is an absolute all timer. He’s made the lean years interesting. I wish we’d had him in 09-13 etc.
Sadly…. but not so sadly VAR failed SKC tonight. I hope they (KC) see karma in the near future… but not against us. Whata win.
