This is actually a fascinating tactical battle to me. But when England has the ball the entire time and Norway doesn't really seem to care about actually touching it... probably not going to have too many potential foul situations to adjudicate. I think Turpin's biggest challenge is not getting lulled into a false sense of security the longer it stays 0-0
