    Dude, a couple of points:
1 - If you read his posts, he has always been pro-Spain though this WC, but not at the cost of anti-opponent.
2 - He said nothing about the Oranje. And, by his logic, both teams were destined to make the finals.

I just hope this match is as open and exciting as the semifinal. It certainly has to potential...

Apparently. I believe the Braves are playing the Marlins. Meanwhile, in the real world:

Has anyone been considering the possibility that the octopus has been wrong every single game ?
I mean he could have been predicting the loser of all those matches and got it wrong all the time.

Regardless, his predictive ability looks strong.

anyhoo I'm really stoked about this game. First world cup final ever not to include any of the 'big 4' - Italy, Germany, Argentina, Brazil. Long time coming imho. If I'm not mistaken if Spain wins, they will become the first team ever to lose their opening game and win the final. If Holland wins, will they become the first side to win with a 100% record throughout the tournament and qualification?

No, Brazil did this in 1970. However, Holland will have the greater number of wins.

its simple really. If Spain are allowed to play they will defeat Holland. I doubt they will be allowed to have the possession and flowing game they showed us against Germany. That was a tactical problem by the Germans.
Holland will be out to disrupt that with the two physical midfielders they have. In addition Holland are a better passers than Germany so can be dangerous.
If they can do these things they will beat Spain. If they don't Spain will win.

If Spain wins today, New Zealand will be the only undefeated side in the tournament.

Pissed, but wrong. Torres does not deserve to start over Pedro. Period.

Torres is no where close to 100%, it's obvious.. and Pedro played well the last game, except for that one play that could have been a goal, but he played well..

I take it you're a Holland fan... Torres has been pants this tournament. When Spain started Pedro v Germany they completely controlled the game.
