Brazil will line up with a B team much like France did. It's the right thing to do for teams that can do this given the stupid few rest day schedule between games they had to implement to accommodate this winter WC.

    Brazil's likely lineup:

    Ederson;
Daniel Alves, Éder Militão, Bremer, Alex Telles
    Fabinho, Bruno Guimarães
    Rodrygo
    Antony, Gabriel Jesus, Martinelli

But these 3 could also make the team. Most likely being Fred.

    Fred for Bruno Guimarães
    Everton for Rodrygo
    Pedro for Gabriel Jesus

    Interesting changes for Cameroon:
Andre Onana is out for criticising the selection of Nkoulou. Now Nkoulou is out. Epassy remains in goal of course as Onana stormed out.

Rigobert Song changes the central defender pairing!

Christopher Wooh (4 caps) and Enzo Ebosse (3 caps) replace Nkoulou and Casteletto. Wooh is superb young defender (really like him, surprised he didn't what for France call up), Ebosse I don't know.

Hongla gets replaced by the experienced Ngamaleu and the dissapointing Toko Ekambi gets replaced by Serbia hero Aboubakar.

Looks like a 4-4-2 or even 4-2-4 set up, as Ngalameu is an very attacking player.

France and Portugal used subs and lost their games. However, it didn't affect their standing. Lets see if Brazil can avoid a loss here. I'd hate to run the risk of finishing 2nd. We only have 2 full days of rest between today and the R16 game which is pretty absurd IMO. England is getting 4 full days.

That risk is minimal. Switzerland would need to win by 3 goals (assuming Brasil lose by one).

Wow, none of Nkoulou, Casteletto or Hongla are even on the bench. Neither is Onana of course (flew out before the Serbia game).

    Injured or fighting with coach?

EDIT: Camfoot says all three are injured. But are they really? Castelletto is the biggest miss. He has been great for Cameroon.

    Brazil wearing blue.

Rarely see that in the Group stage.

Finally a ref giving yellows for reckless fouls. The refs this tournament have been too lenient.

Anguissa only player that looks good enough to play for Brazil though (and start!).

    Also liking Wooh so far.

EDIT: And the moment I wrote that Wooh goes dribbling a Brasilian in the area.

Why are Brasil trying to beat Cameroon in the air? That is the one place Cameroon is visibly better than Brasil.

Cameroon will need to make some changes in the break to get rid of some yellows! LOL

I think Brasil isn't pushing, while Cameroon wants to get to the break at worst with a draw.

Even with substitutes playing, the Brazilian defense is impenetrable.
