3 Hondurans just missed the ball about a yard from goal in the other match. How they haven't scored is beyond me.

Switzerland couldn't hit an elephant from three feet away.

Chile is planning one last oomph.

The other match has been a good cure for that problem!

This is a fair result for both this match and for the group.

This is actually horrible to have to watch in a WC match.

The Swiss may see a memory of the Germany-Austria in this one.

Well, if they had won that is.

It was a good match, until Spain decided to quit.

I feel so bad for Honduras, they have had SO MANY chances to score. This match is boring, the more I watch Spain the less I enjoy their style.

I took last week off, but I'm working from home today.

I also took Wednesday off, and I'll take off any days that the US plays, should we advance past Ghana

And if this one had been a kick about for 90 minutes instead of 5 or 6 ;)

It's over. CONMEBOL is no longer unbeaten in this World Cup but all 5 CONMEBOL teams advance - the first time all representatives of South American soccer advance.

    Spain vs Portugal
    Brazil vs Chile
