FRD in a pro match. That's been a long time.

    Honestly not a foul IMO.

At this rate, the match ending before 98:00 would be unfair.

This is getting sad on the part of the Italians.

Not using the spray was kind of lazy there. I mean it's probably a 1 in 100 shot, but Beradi only started at like 6-7 yards because he never set the wall. Weird.

I don't think he's landing the plane well. #25 Belgium got charged from behind right before that last foul but played through it... then the Italian goes down after an apparent high boot. At that point, I'd go back and call the first foul.

Parking the bus was more attractive than this last bit

Sad that he let a good match become a disgrace. The Italians stole at least 2 minutes.

People that have to make referee training videos will be happy.

Admittedly I'm a bit biased because I was rooting for Belgium, but is anyone else shocked at only 5 minutes of added time at the end of the game?

The stretcher incident with the left wing back for Italy took over 5 minutes in and of itself.... Or maybe it just seemed that way?

I am not shocked because way too many refs treat stoppage time as a joke. But you are correct that five minutes was not nearly enough. I timed the stretcher incident during the replay, and it was more than five minutes by itself. Nine minutes of stoppage would’ve been about right.
