As per my earlier post, I'm thinking the best bet is Netherlands given their track record & general thoughts on the team & also of the state of the cameroon team..

I mean last night USA vs Algeria, USA was tipped to easily defeat Algeria but failed to capitalize on the many opportunities.

But in my opinion the gap between Netherlands & Cameroon right now right here is much wider than USA / Algeria was..

Of course it's more complex than that but thats my overall opinion given all the commentaries etc I've read

I hope Cameroon plays offensive... then we get a good match.

Denmark and Japan didn't want to play football against us so we got boring matches.

What sort of a lineup are both teams going with. Any players rested?

Some of Cameroon's defenders were taking it easy on that last threat by the Netherlands.

    Here's the Dutch line up

    G 1 Maarten Stekelenburg
    CD-L 4 Joris Mathijsen
    CD-R 3 John Heitinga
    LB 5 Giovanni Van Bronckhorst
    RB 12 Khalid Boulahrouz
    LM 6 Mark Van Bommel
    RM 8 Nigel De Jong
    F 9 Robin Van Persie
    RCF 10 Wesley Sneijder
AM-L 23 Rafael Van der Vaart
    AM-R 7 Dirk Kuyt

And Kuyt picked up a card in around the 17th minute.

Good attacks by Holland, but Christ, what a poor defense. They can't make such mistakes against stronger teams like Argentina or Brasil,or they going to lose.

Van Marwijk must solve these defense problems.

Some of the defense sloppiness could be because Netherlands are set,and Cameroon are best at attack. You are right that Brazil etc. may have made a few of the chances.

    In the other group match...

[result]Japan is up 2-0. If they snag another and Cameroon can get the win, Japan will top the group over the Dutch.[/result]
