    64' Should have been a penalty for Portugal. Nani got roundhouse kicked. Guessing his poor control cost him the decision.

    29 fouls (Portugal 20, Croatia 9) in normal time according to ESPN, a single caution. Feel like there were a couple of strong arguments for tactical fouls in there.

    In regulation, Portugal has 20 fouls, 1 yellow cards.
    I could see at least 3 occasions when a yellow should have been given.

    Yea, by the book it certainly should have been. But it's similar to the "attacker gets fouled after he shoots" type of situations because, foul or not, Nani was never getting to that ball. And these types of situations almost never gets called so I'm not the least bit surprised.
