    I have seen it--but far too infrequently. (If you see a referee pointing a spots where a player has been fouled, you can tell he is giving the warning that fouling that player may be considered USB in the future.)

    HS Football does have a intentional pass interference as a 30 yard foul instead of the normal 15. But I don't know anybody who's ever heard of it being called.

    I've seen it happen a few times in MLS play... and a couple of times in the Canadian Championship.

    Dave Gantar was the source of three of those instances (twice in Canada, and once in MLS).

    I’m pretty sure brych cautioned Dalot for multiple fouls on eden hazard.

    AIUI, if the yellow is for PI, then it’s for Dalot’s actions. If it’s about protecting Hazard, it’s for unsporting behavior.

    it might have been for the latter but I wasn’t sure because of the pointing either way. Brych recognized the PI or the foul on Hazard.
