Honduras is the worst team of the tournament, aren't they?

Torres out. He takes the water bottle and misses high and to the left, squirting himself in the eye.

It's Funny how when Honduras plays rough ,they always get called by the ref. But when Spain does the same thing, It's okay for the ref.

I don't know, I think Cameroon could give it a run for their money.

Sadly, this is true. Spain knows that Honduras is coming down the middle and they have got 4 guys in the D and stop them every time. The other major problem is that Spain has been putting high pressure on Honduras from the go, and Honduras is incapable of playing out of the pressure. Now if they were a team that didn't have good foot skills, I'd understand why they just whack it up the field. But they do have the skills, but tonight they are just incapable of playing quickly enough to beat the pressure.

Defensively yes they had the worst GAA of all 32 teams in qualifying.

Didn't watch any of their games, so I was comparing Honduras to New Zealand, that can defend and pass much better.

Did you watch both their games? They can bunker really well and gave Portugal a rough time in the first half today.
The koreans can pass and trap balls, unlike the hondurenos...

Pique might not survive the WC if he continues taking up hits like this :D

As it stands, Spain only needs to beat Chile by a single goal, right?

I must say all in all I'm not impressed by Spain.

That pass from Ramos to an open Villa is something any decent team can do. The ball is given some spin so it doesn't just roll away. Ramos shot it without any spin, and Villa wasn't even within a yard of it.

That sort of chances cannot be wasted so foolishly.

He does appear to be more likely to give a fallen Spaniard the benefit of the doubt, doesn't he.

It seems that most of the Honduran players are just scared and awed to play against the Big Names on La Roja. Figueroa, Wilson Palacios,Suazo, are the only players that aren't affected by this.

I'm Waiting for one more from España

Spain is + 1 on GD, Chile is +2, so you are right at the moment.

Does Villa have a confidence problem? He should have just tapped in with his left foot.

IMO, this has been a bad game for Walter Martínez.
