Pique has been terrible for the NT whenever I've watched Spain.

This game is getting more exciting by the minute. Who knew the Swiss could build up like that? Shame they didn't finish, that would've been game over!

That was going to be one of the most fantastic goals in the WC (and that I have ever seen), it feels awful to know that it didn't went in.

I can't watch this right now, but just wanted to say... FINALLY!

Finally, a match that I'm really looking forward to watching when I get home from work...

spain's defenders in general are never very secure. the midfield is really spain's true "defense" since they keep the ball so much.

im still in awe at that move wow. that swiss guy just tore the defense apart lol

Very disappointed with Spain. So typical though. However, Spain typically marches through the group stage with ease.

It's also beautiful to watch it unfold as a heavy underdog has a chance at upsetting a team that on paper is far better.

What exactly is awesome now? Spain is playing like they are all drunk from that goal and Swiss is taking advantage of that. The game was better in first half

Let's not turn this into a sport that gives points for looking pretty

Pedro getting ready to come in. He's scored in every tournament he's played so far. He's bound to score in the WC. ;)

I'm not sure what sport you've been watching. In my years of being a soccer fan, I've seen a hell of a lot more low scoring games than I've seen high scoring games.

That attack by the Swiss scared the Spaniards quite a bit.

This seems the sort of match where Pedro knocks in an equalizer

PLEASE win this Switzerland. Frankly, they deserve the victory at this rate.
I wouldn't mind seeing the swiss put another ball like that earlier one into Spain's area again!

If they score the second, that's it for Spain in this match. Come on Swiss! You have a chance to earn the three most valuable points in this entire round!

Iniesta should have been carded for that dive. Spain has been diving like crazy in this match and no yellow cards. Germans dove twice the whole match and got yellows both times.

Swiss deserve the win? C'mon. Spain have had more chances, they just can't do anything with them.

I can't see how a true football lover can fail to see the beauty of these WC games.
