Brazil will win 3-1. Korea will score first from a bad Luisao backpass. Brazil will score late in the game and open the floodgates with 3 goals.

You have some balls to predict that either Lucio or Juan will be hurt in the first game and substituted bu Luisao who in turn will give a backpass that will turn into a goal. You might as well play the lottery ... :p

Just trying to spice things up. I dislike Luisao because he plays for Benfica and would love to him screw up vs the koreans :D

    Say NO to DRUGS!

That is to all those who think N K is going to be a challenge to Brazil or any other team in that group for that matter.

Brazil's toughest battle will be Ivory Coast & Portugal, in that order.

I predict that Brazil will win the group.

The knockout stage will be very interesting!

NK's midfielder, Kim Yong-Jun, is suspended for the game. And apparently, 2 assistant coaches are also suspended. One for 1 match. The other for 2.

I think it will end 4-0. North Korea are lucky to play Brazil first because seeded teams are always a little subdued in the opening games and probably won't ever get out of second gear. It will probably be similar to Brazil v China in 2002. Brazil will got 3-0 up halftime but the second half won't produce too many goals me thinks....

It will be 3-0 Brazil. Brazil isn't 100% fit yet.

A lot of posters in the Brazil forum are calling 3x0, including me. Basically I expect us to score in the first half and just run the game like a training exercise if things are going our way. I don't expect any sort of blowout.

Also, keep in mind Brazil's last opening game blowout was 1970, other than that we either tie or win by a goal (the exception being 1994 where we won our opener 2x0).

I hope they tint the Italian players a little brown too because it would be hard how each member of the team is long haired, white European looking dudes .
