Marsch has won an Austrian title, been fired from a Bundesliga job, and now survived relegation with a Premier League club. All in a short amount of time. If those three experiences don’t shape his managerial career moving forward…. I don’t know what will. All invaluable lessons and learning experiences. I am very proud of Marsch. He’s blazing trails no American has.
A summer in the transfer market looms. The squad is way too small - at Bielsa's insistence - and it's sorely lacking in quality once you get past the first 13-14 players. The treatment room could do with investment too.

Bielsa's stubbornness almost got Leeds relegated. If he was still in charge Leeds would have gone down. There's a lot of griping amongst Leeds fans about the "lack of respect" shown to MB because of his sacking. Bielsa was given control over the squad. He built it. And kept it small. When injuries hit there was no plan B. Jesse March saved Leeds this season. Next year it's all on him. I'm hoping he can do well.
