I read something about a few guys getting together at a sports bar or something for the CL game, Stuttgart - Barca. I don't have GolTV, and I was wondering where, if you guys are going to get together still. I live In South Cali.

She's not right. She didn't even watch today's game. Gio played 45 minutes against Panama, 15 against Brazil, 30 minutes against Bilbao, 80 minutes against Osasuna. Granted, Brazil is Brazil and his minutes were limited, but the rest is not quality opposition for a world class player. Gio's contributions on the pitch have not been significant. Now you all can judge him based on your emotions or based on reason, really your choice.

And as far as Vela is concerned, if he were proving his worth during practices, he'd be on the bench. But, he was not there. I just hope he doesn't go to the press demanding playing time like other Mexicans before him (a la Cuauh, Palencia, Garcia, Aspe, Hernandez, and Fonseca). C'mon Vela, step it up and EARN your playing time.

In regard to the "idiotic" comment - to quote Anais Nin, "we don't see things as they are, we see them as we are."
