I am considering having can coolers and bottle coolers made with the barra skull decal logo. I would have to buy 200 at a time, and charge about 4 bucks apiece. Considering black with white ink. Comments? Interest?
All Barra stuff needs to go through Oscar. See him at the tailgate or give him a ring. My frosty brews never last that long either sadly
be warned however that talking to him now in no way guarentees that he'll remember you guys talked when you get them done and passed around. i'd make sure one of the other elders be in the conversation as your witness.
I think that statement goes for almost all of the Barra elders. None of them can be held responsible unless there's a witness.
... and even then there is wiggle room! The Barra is built on individual initiative, so this is by no means an attempt to quash the idea, just coordinate with folks is all that's being suggested (I think). GM
Exactly. Everything that's been done to this point has been FANTASTIC. Props to all our members that work so hard to promote our good name. The issue is that Oscar needs to know and approve of or get approval so he doesn't get blindsided like we did with the scarves. People complained and Oscar had no clue. Like Tommy said, we're built on initiative and we want all our members to keep bringing ideas to the forefront. Just let me or Marshall or Big Rob know and we'll make sure it goes thru the proper channels.
I honestly can't see Mike going outside "the system" on this. I am sure he will get with Oscar, and follow through if there is enough interest. Mark
The purpose of this thread is to test the waters, and see if I will be left swimming in a see of koozies. I am still debating which products, beer can insulators, bottle insulators, or perhaps keg cups will work the best. Of course i will run the final proposal past El Heffe, and the barra will be paid a royalty for the use of the logo. I hope that creativivity and imputus will not be quashed by sillyness.
