Yes , it's still necessary. We're still using it. İf you are not a Turkish citizen, u can get a temporary card from Stadium's ticket center.
Yes, Basaksehir shows still as Istanbul BBSK. Istanbul BBSK is still there with that logo in basketball, but not in soccer
