For the ney sayers - skip this thread

I called bright and early at 9:05 this morning for tickets and was answered by a machine tellin me to leave my name and number and someone would be getting back to me. It seems they were just gathering the names and numbers, and you wouldn't be able to speak to a real person until they called me back.

Id order them online but with the MetroManagements track record and the fact that the ordering page isnt even secure I passed on that idea.

Its now little over 5 hours later.. and no calls. Did anyone successfully get tickets today?

Yeah, I left a message. I didn't get a call back until after I ordered them online.

I called at about 9:30 this morning and got a call back at about 11:30. Ordered the tickets,,but I was told that they do not know what block of tickets they are being given. They could not say whether my regular seats are $30, $45, or $60 (she thought $60 but not sure). Anyway, I got my tickets.

I spoke in person with my ticket rep about 9:45 this morning. First time I have ever been able to do that on the first try.

    4:50...finally called back.

Of course I was in the bathroom at the time and missed the call.

So i called back and skipped the "special ordering extention" and just had it connect me with ticket sales. I got thru in 2 minutes... but of course Im probably now in the upper tier since Ive been waiting for a call back all day.

SPEAKIN OF WHICH....since they wont exactly tell you what tickets = what location, who wants to bet that whereever I get will suddenly become the "$60 level" no matter how bad the seat. Who's to say that upper tier - 25 yard line isn't considered the "60$ seats". They can put me anywhere they friggin feel like it I guess.

I called at 9:05am, and again at 9:30am, left messages to my account manager. He called me back around
10:00am, took my reservation, gave me the confirmation # from ticket master, he does not have the seat# and told me that I will know when I get the tickets. We chat a little big and he was really friendly.

I plan to call ticket mater on March 15, I bet at that time I should know the seat# with my confirmation#.

Yes, plural. As in "more than one"

Yes, three to be precise. One for each Metro membership.

Ah. Just wanted to make sure we were limited to only one per membership. Thanks.
