Man United has won the last 3 games and playing well in the 4th position in the Premier League. The manager is happy with the performance but said "I am a crazy person and the performance does not impress me at all." Still long to d. Do you think, this will be helpful for the club to rise its power again?!
To be fair to Louis van Gaal, Stoke City had more shots on target and almost equalized in stoppage time, so I would give Manchester United a great grade for that game.
Sorry. I meant wouldn't. Manchester United has an adequate record of 2 wins, 1 draw, and 2 losses against the best five clubs they have played so far (using the current table to determine the best five clubs).
Manchester United this year has the best roster in the whole europe and soon you'll be able to see it.
I do not think they are in form at all. Our two big issues right now are the deplorable back line and our inability to consistently penetrate defenses due to LVG's style of play. I did actually like it when he used Young and Valencia as outside backs but both of those players need to understand their job on attack is to beat their man into the corner and serve. Young needs to improve his thirty percent accuracy level as well. No one cares if you can't hit RVP's head 80 percent of the time but at least keep it on the pitch. Back on point passing the ball from one side to the other without looking to penetrate is not going to win big games. Shots from top of the box are not going to beat Chelsea. Falcao unfortunately isn't getting any service. Nor anyone up front for that matter.
Well, I'm pleased they have won lately, but I'm not so sure they're in "good" form. Maybe they're in "good enough" form and have done well thanks to Man City's poor form of late, but they need another stud, perhaps at midfield before I can start believing they're a threat to Chelsea.
It's definitely a lot more positive to watch then it was under Moyes. At least you can actually see the change happening here.
A stud in midfield would be a waste of money IMO. No trendy names in our current midfield trio (Herrera might become one sooner rather than later) but they complement each other beautifully sometimes it just looks like they've been playing together for years, so why bring someone in for a big sum of cash that would break it up? Signings should be made for midfield depth because we have non.
I saw him play live at OT against Burnley and he has to be the laziest top flight player I've ever seen. Doesn't make off ball runs or it easy for his teammates and didn't contribute much. Seemed to lack confidence which isn't surprising considering that's LVG's MO.
That's Van Gaal's MO? I suppose the likes of Ashley Young, Fellaini and Smalling were stars at the club before Van Gaal.
