Your team will start in the lowest division and its your job to take this club to the 1st division. You will manage your teams lineups as well as changing the tactics and formations of your team. You can hire differnt coaches and staff and create training schedules for your team. If you ever do make it to the 1st divison you can qualify for the world league. i'm pretty sure that that's a lie. starting squads are completely random and are based on your beginning level in the soccer pyramid. if you start in a lower division, your squad reflects that.
