Football managers good but Trophy manager is the best online manager game.

Trophy manager Is a football management sim much like Football manager but its online and free and in ways more in depth. You create a club and compete against other players from around the world to climb up the divisions and reach the 1st division. there are around 120000 users all around the world playing and can trade players and play friendlies with any of these clubs. You can upgrade your training and youth facilites and stadium as well as all the stadium facilities to try and generate the best income possible for your club.
Your team will start in the lowest division and its your job to take this club to the 1st division. You will manage your teams lineups as well as changing the tactics and formations of your team. You can hire differnt coaches and staff and create training schedules for your team. If you ever do make it to the 1st divison you can qualify for the world league. There is also an American Cup which every American Club will compete in. there are many more features in this game like voting for the user who will manage America and keeping your finances intact and its a really great game to play and you dont have to spend hours on it to get the most out of it. so please come and join the American divisions to help make the US or wherever else your from the greatest nation on TROPHY MANAGER.
Also Trophy manager is always improving and getting more users so its only going to get better.

Hint: if you do decide to play its a good idea to create a club name thats realistic Like "LA Galaxy" or add "FC" on the end of your teams name as the developers reward realistic club names with better starting squads. GOOD LUCK hope to see you there.

i'm pretty sure that that's a lie. starting squads are completely random and are based on your beginning level in the soccer pyramid. if you start in a lower division, your squad reflects that.
