This opera soup continue, there´s no break..

"If Beck doesn´t go out, he will rot on the bench, Man Und doesn´t want him anymore"

Ex-Man Und-defender,Jaap Stam, who already had experience, words: Beckham is not wanted anymore for Ferguson, Sir Alex just consider him a an useless piece of furniture and if he don´t go, he will rot on the bench.

Manchester United and Real Madrid already met in a Italian island to deal Beckham.

Its sad to think of it coming to this but, if I had to guess, if Becks refuses the deal(s) thrown at him, Stam's treatment at Man Utd may be David's as well. Hard to imagine, yes, but SAF can be a stubborn old codger at times.

An interesting piece that blames Beckham for not being Roy Keane, at least in the eye of SAF. I think it has become an issue of Beckham being bigger than the club it the eyes of fans, ad executives, the media, etc. And lets face it, if Beckham looked like Ronaldinho, this wouldn't be happening.

Roy Keane is a royal ass. I wonder how this weighs on Tim Howard's mind...

Yeah he is a royal ass, but he is our royal ass. Considering on the field contributions, not the money they make for you, who would you rather have, Becks or Keane?

As for Timmy and this whole situation, you don't have to like your teammates, just get along with them. Besides keepers are normally left on their own by the rest of the team. They are a strange lot.

Interesting article. I think it makes some valid points, and I certainly agree with Keane that players need to bring everything they have to the pitch, and not be so caught up in their millionaire lifestyles. But at the same time, it almost seems to paint Keane as dedicated to Man United for picking club over country, while describing Beckham as lacking passion for picking country over club. I personally think Beckham has as much passion for the game as any player around, and he has committed himself to his club. But I think it makes some valid points about the fundamental differences between a player like Beckham and his coach. One craves the glamor and spotlight, the other is a tough SOB who doesn't care about fame unless it comes with silverware, and he has picked his captain in much his own vein. Maybe that's a reason we haven't heard much from Keano regarding this situation. He doesn't speak out for or against Beckham because it does nothing to further his footballing career.

Towards the middle is a comparison to how SAF treated Paul Ince back in 95:

"WANT TO KNOW THE REASONS BECKHAM WILL GO? JUST LOOK AT INCE
Sorry back to Becks. Richard Tanner in the Express says the Beckham-Fergie rift parallels the summer of 1995 when an 'in his prime' Paul Ince was shown the door at United. Ferguson going on to call him a 'Big-Time Charlie' after the Scot though the Londoner had gotten too big for his boots."

It sort of seems to me that this has happened sever times? I am no expert but it seems that this same thing is happening to Ince, then Stam, and now Beckham. Lesson learnt-don't insult or become an ego at the club.

    thanks
