Hakimi busts a gut to make the overlap for him there. You can see the defender hesitates to commit to Brahim once he sees the overlap. Must be a dream for a winger to work with offensively.
A premier league team will probably pay it/the money stays in the market, they'll then hand it over to somebody else, money circles around inside the country/everybody is covered in regards to FFP and PSR. One hand washes the other.
Brazil Morocco is the best 1st game of any group in the world cup. Chances are it will be a snooze although I kind of doubt it given the characters involved.
I don't think it will be a snooze. Both teams have enough to deliver an amazing game. We (Morocco) have more and more doubts. 3 key players are injured (Mezraoui starter LB and Ezelzouli starter LW got injured today, and Aguerd is a huge doubt), add to that the LB and the LW subs are also injured. So the whole left flank is injured and doubtful as of now. I'm so excited to watch it. I fully expect the national anthem to give me goosebumps.
I always feel like teams start slow into the world cup, but both teams have the people on board that can potentially fire up a game out of nowhere. Endrick and Hakimi already had a bit of a collision in France when Hakimi started an argument with Endrick about his dancing and horsing around, I can imagine neither of them forgot about it.

Brazil also had an easy draw after the group stages. There was a rumour that they threw away 98 to be given an easy draw in the next world cup.
Bayern saying they are not a selling club while being desperate to move some players they're getting zero offers for or 1/4th of what they paid for is exactly my kind of humor. We know man. We know.
To me he is the English Busquets. A travesty that he isn't starting at the World Cup let alone not even on the plane. It's a premier league fee, but he is a true DLP that is immaculate and vertical on the ball. To me he walks into any midfield in the world except maybe PSG.

Unbelievable! Shame on you Fifa for allowing US to keep being the host nation under this administration.
It's going to be the worst WC on record; constant news of players, fans, etc. being detained for hours, overpriced tickets, and a country with a track record worse than both Russia and Qatar.
I much prefer these tournaments when one country hosts them. It's pretty wild that this WC is a joint venture from two countries that are massive in size. It probably has to do with the burden of cost and infrastructure I'm sure.
48 teams so I expect way more one sided games in group stages than we are used to in the World Cup. Admittedly, that wasn't the case when Euros got expanded to 24 teams, but don't feel that'd be the case with 48 team World Cup.
very few compelling group games. There are 3 that look good; the rest look pretty uninspiring Brazil v Morocco France v Norway England v Croatia
