Who is this Matarazzo coach for Sociadad? They were contending for the bottom three spots and now 4 points off playing for a spot in Europe?
Nothing about his CV suggests greatness, which is funny because the guy has been coaching for an eternity. Remember that guy that wasn't even a coach and was thriving in France, big big hype, then went to Southampton and they found out this guy actually coaches like a novice and waxed him. Will Still. What a story.
That has to be a moral blow for Arsenal. I think Arsenal will still win the league, but if they were to mess it up, I think this Manchester City game is one that messes with their confidence.
That game for City is what wins them the premier league btw. Absolutely moral boosting and Arsenal still have to go to Etihad.
I didn't watch the Liverpool x City match but I'm not understanding how just hearing about a City win will mess with Arsenal's confidence. Especially when they've looked pretty dominant the last couple of matches. Its the league cup final that has the potential to be a confidence boost or blow. This match won't even be remembered after that.
Villarreal beat Espanyol 4-1. Tied on points with Atleti with a game in hand. PSG thrashed OM 5-0 De Zerbi likely gone now.
Meh, the Bundesliga isn't all that competitive. Munich lack a peer (or near-peer) enemy to keep that league in competition. But, to your point, the POOl attackers have mostly disappointed this season.
Dude there's not a single player mentioned here where you don't appear like a snake out of a basket charmed by a flute to give your negative opinion on. The guy is BALLING and if his finish would be better he'd never even get to be available for Bayern. He's been immense for them. Atleti strikers the other day, Luis Diaz now, the other day it was even Dani Olmo. Who the f do you ACTUALLY like?
Don't be triggered, but you misunderstand. On Luis Diaz, I agree he's playing well at a lower level than the EPL. I dont take issue with HIM. Rather, I take issue with the ridiculous COMPARISON of playing in the Bundesliga, for the (by far) biggest club in that league, to the work by POOl players playing at a higher level, with more peer-level foes to POOl. On Atleti, I wrote about whether or not Simeone can improve an attacker's play; you READ something completely different. On Olmo, he was a bad and redundant PURCHASE, even if he's a good player. (There are differences between the two.) And yes, I like Vini being on madrid. He helps to keep Bigsoccer online, through the Neverending glazing by a few posters.
Vini not sitting idly on professional accomplishments but taking on racism while endearing himself to American celebrity culture is now well on his way to becoming that generational figure who transcends sports, language and borders becoming more than an athlete but a role model for those philosophers and politicians who want to take empty rhetoric and turn it into demonstrable action.
The fact is that when your input on players is entirely negative you give off the impression that you don't enjoy the sport. Just hate watching on failure is lame. You know what's funny, it's that you trolling like this makes the guy look even more like a joke.
