Atletico would never sell to us, but his profile is very compatible with Mbappe. Dont see how he and Jude would work out together thought.
Deadly deliveries and controlled chaos: how Arsenal became set-piece masters Mikel Arteta’s side have scored 19 goals from corners this season. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2026/jan/23/arsenal-set-piece-goals-corners-free-kicks-arteta
They also rank amongst the lowest when it comes to "actual game time" per game, basically not playing on purpose, extending every foul, free kick, free throw, goal kick to the maximum tolerable.
We don't really play tree pulling stuff either. Football is a boring sport where only 60 minutes of it is game action at best and there's only 3 goals scored that took seconds to achieve if you really break it down. City are amongst the "minutes of ball in gameplay" teams, but ask here and most people find Guardiolaball completely insulting. I actually like that we have a new trend in football every few years, it keeps everything new and intriguing.

Augsburg hired a young shooting star modern football coach to sack him at the same time we sacked Xabi just months into his stint there. Wagner famously said "this is is as good as Bayern on every single position on the field". I wonder what went through his head today as he watched Baum beat Bayern with this team.

After Salah personally attacked Slot in early December he has gone straight into the line up. Not heard anything about Slot supposedly losing the dressing room yet.

Slot has been fired in the media about 10x this past month alone. His situation is even worse than Alonso's.
He's practically sacked, they're just letting him finish the season. I don't feel like he's "the" problem, Liverpool were due for a dip. It happens everywhere.
From what I'm hearing Salah is playing his final season at the club. Relationship is pretty much done. I asked Somebody that's covering Liverpool how the next coach would deal with Salah and he told me "it won't be their problem next season", so I feel good about that prediction.
