So Bayern saw Bryan Zaragoza score a brace at Granada vs Barcelona last season and convinced themselves that he's the next wonderkid. Paid 19 ME to bring him in January when they were in "crisis" and he barely played.

Now he's available on loan and Girona, Valencia intersted according to Sky Germany.

Nobody thought he was a wonderkid, he was just an available player in positional need with a winter transfer bonus heaped on top. Same thing with Sasha Boey who apparently performed so mediocre in training and in games where they would be inclined to give him away for nothing (18 mil. Euro winter transfer).

It's the reason the club doesnt buy in the winter transfer window. When teams get rid of players there they're simply smelling desperation from a mile away

Villarreal CF have reached an agreement with Nicolas Pépé for the French-Ivorian player to play in yellow for the next two seasons, until 30th June 2026.

Wouldn't be a bad move for Girona since they lost Savio and Dovbyk.

Valencia's ownership these days is absolutely criminal.

These years rather. Without the fans and the local community the club would be gone.

If they also can bring Alvarez they will be better candidates for the title race than Barca.

So is this going to be a yearly summer routine?

Last year we bellyached about starting strikers, this summer it's 4th string CBs, what will next summer be?

    The anticipation!

I'm gonna go with FBs.. like backup RB.

Shows you how human nature, especially fan nature is. Some lower side fans are upset about their manager or players, some mid table team the same, the top team in the world the same lol. National team fans? Same lol

If Juni doesn't rate him, I am good. Some just want any desperation signing at this point. Campos signed 3 flops last summer alone - Ramos, Ugarte, RKM.

I know people get irritated when academy options are mentioned. But someone like Juni has all the information to compare. Just because we rated Yoro as a good talent doesn't mean other young CBs on the move will be RM quality.

It’s going to take me time to come to terms with the fact that Tchouameni is our 3rd string cb lol. I just don’t like that and I’m sure neither does he. I simply dislike the reality that he’s likely going to play over 2000 minutes there, even if I think he is excellent wherever he plays.

Militao getting back to an elite level would help, but that’s highly uncertain at the moment. I also don’t expect anything out of Alaba for practically this whole season if I’m being honest. To me he was already losing many levels before a devastating knee injury in his 30s. I find it hard to imagine him getting into the necessary form given how long it’s taking Militao.

and don’t hate on my Ecuadorians, that ain’t desperation.

Another odd thing is people complaining looking in both directions. They complaining that we never develop youth talent all while complaining we didn't buy every upcoming one.

I mean I wanted Yoro as well but not because I thought he was the key to our season lol! I wanted him to develop for some years in a small usage role and be ready by the time Rudigier is leaving.

We didn't get him because he didn't absolutely want to come to us. It's okay. People talk like he would be challenging Militao when the reality is our manager wouldn't even give him minutes over Alaba and Tchouameni (for the big CL clashes).

There were reports that club rates Hincapie highly but nothing about Pacho. Frankfurt has made a fortune cashing in on players after one good season. Jovic, Silva, Haller, RKM all failed to replicate that after bigger move. Vallejo too but probably more because of injuries.

We shouldn't be allowed to disagree with the clubs decisions, just stand straight, chest out, hail Florentino.

CWC is a weird situation. For example, player contracts are until June 30 and CWC is till mid July. What would clubs do about players who are out of contract at the end of June ? There could be new summer signings playing in CWC.
