I don’t know why James still thinks he should get high wages though. Just based on his name I guess but poor thinking. hopefully the Rayo thing works though I wonder if he will just mail it in because they are not a decent team. He wants to make the World Cup, he needs to take it seriously wherever he ends up
I say the only thing keeping him alive in his profession is his hipness. Felix is practically nonexistent to the general public at this point.

Yoro out for 3 months. Marca claiming that PSG found out that he has issues in his metatarsus and RM had doubts too.. Sensational BS, our club's media just can't accept that a serious target signed for another club.
Actually it's Tonzi from L'Equipe who reported it first. After Leny Yoro’s recent injury potentially breaking his metatarsal and being out for months, PSG assures that they knew about Yoro’s physical fragility and that’s why they didn’t match or pay anywhere close to what Manchester United paid for Yoro. @Tanziloic 🇫🇷🫡 pic.twitter.com/fjNwDGv7zb— PSG Report (@PSG_Report) July 31, 2024
PSG had carried out medical tests on the centre-back and found that he had a metatarsal injury. United also knew this but decided to take the risk for that amount of money. No report that RM was aware of any metatarsal issue with Yoro. RM didn't have any medical with him as they never got close to Lille's asking price in order to get permission for a medical. Report is that PSG backed out after finding the issue during medical in June after they had offered Lille 50 M.
If we had serious doubts about Yoro, we wouldn't have sold Marín prematurely. Indeed, just general nonsense here.
In July 2003, Gabi Milito was due to be transferred to Real Madrid, but the Spaniards rejected the player after medical results showed, according to them, a not-fully-recovered knee injury; Jorge Valdano, who acted as director of football, further added that the player had always been appreciated for his technical skills, but his physical state was a cause for great concern. RM got a lot of flak for this as Gabi Milito (defender, brother of Diego Milito) stayed healthy at Zaragoza from 2003-07. Barca paid 18.5 ME but he missed a lot of games due to injuries there. Woodgate should have never passed RM medical in 2004, but I suspect club took an optimistic view not wanting to repeat another Milito medical type saga. Maybe Utd doesn't see Yoro issue as something serious unlike PSG. Milito was indeed healthy from 2003-08 despite failing RM medical. And Woodgate makes Vallejo look like iron man.
RM didn't want to pay 50 M plus 12 variables Utd offered for Yoro. Marca didn't say RM had doubts about Yoro's health. That "nonsense" was cooked up here. RM didn't get to medical evaluation stage with Yoro as that would require Lille's permission.
Read it in a tweet via Marca which I can't find now. In any case, it seems Fabrizio Romano negates the French and Spanish reports 🚨 NEW!I can GUARANTEE that reports of other clubs pulling out of the race for Leny Yoro because of his physical conditions are NOT true. ALL the clubs wanted to sign Leny Yoro — PSG, Liverpool, and Real Madrid all wanted him. [@FabrizioRomano, YT]— United Lad (@United_Lad01) August 1, 2024
Let's just accept that Real Madrid wanted to sign Yoro, but didn't wanna splash as much as Man Utd. For once, it worked out for Madrid and Man Utd got burnt. Bullet dodged, good luck to Man Utd with him.
Next game one of ours might get injured, it's absolutely stupid to think a transfer is a bust because of a freak occurrence.
Yoro is 18 years old and his injury history does not indicate being prone to injuries. How can this be a bullet dodged already? We could probably make that conclusion in 7-8 years..
Guler had injury issues all of last season, I don't see anybody calling him a bust either, it just looks bitter from our side to brush this off.
https://www.instagram.com/reel/C98XjvnOYjS/?igsh=OW8xbTE1b2dicjQ5 Which one of you guys is this? Remember when they convinced old man they were too broke to pay what he's owed for sacking him and then they go and buy a player two days later. One day somebody is going to publish a book about this era that's going to be absolutely hilarious.
