This is not something to be proud of btw. Brazilian supporters can get violent very easily. They are also very rude. I recall the Brazilian Olympic games where the crowd would boo competitors for no reason. THe line between passionate and animalistic is thin.

 

Plus England has some of, if not, the best fans in the world. Can go down 3 divisions and still have 10,000 people show up for a game.

This is Chelsea’s second loss to a Brazilian team, the first was in 2012 when they lost to Corinthians.

 

I usually make wrong predictions about everything, but I was right about Flamengo. Chelsea is really nothing special, and Flamengo has great players. Felipe Luis is not the genius the Brazilian media tries to paint, but he has the best roster in South America by far. Botafogo and Flamengo will be a true pain in the ass for the rest of the tournament.

Palmeiras should be up there with them, but we really suffer from a mental block when it comes to playing Europeans. It's a shame cause the talent is there. Most if not all South American teams should qualify for R16 so knockouts will be competitive. South American teams have outplayed European teams in majority matchups so far. Al Hilal also has a talented squad and could qualify for next round.
