City are going to find it difficult to replace KDB. Don't know what Silva is doing. Just a bunch of nothing
Imagine how good City would be if they wouldnt have a coach that just throws the ball in there and tells them to play!
Great win for Crystal Palace. City is in danger of fully imploding this season and won’t qualify for the CL. I hope it happens.
Based on their body language they have totally tuned out Pep. Every club has a cycle and Pep will sign a bunch of new players who will listen to his madman bullshit. They will be fine next year.
Spent 220 Millions in the winter window only to get to knocked out by RM in the play-offs stages at the UCL to lose at a second FA Cup final.
No problem, Guardiola will scheme it up™ for the return leg. He's tactically adept and prepares with Neural networks and weather condition applications.
There are different ways to suck at coaching, lol. Guardiola has been in this for so long. Despite the media still drooling over his balls, he may be facing some decline, despite all the millions they spent in the winter.
Fun fact - when I did a scout report on Marmoush, I found he's an INCREDIBLY predictable finisher. I don't it's spoken about enough.Basically all of his efforts are right-footed, across goal.Think this is a 🚩 personally https://t.co/SUxXIWjPW9 pic.twitter.com/9Wd3zpzyUK— Alex (@AlexanderBrkr) December 7, 2024
All I know is it's one of our players doing the scarecrow impression that Haaland did tonight they're getting their cars scratched up by weirdo fans. Plenty of double standards here.
Really pleased for Palace. Nice club that operates the right way, and probably the best fans of any PL club
It's a shame, but many of the young prospects we talked about in the past like Halaand and Vini might as well have very short careers at the top. Ironically, the most consistent "star" of the last few years is our boy Mbappe, who still gets a lot of hate. I like players like Halaand, but I never bothered to watch a City match because of him.
I think Haaland will still put up goals. City had a down year, but they will be back after spending a ton of money this summer.
He puts up a lot of goals but he's not a creator at all. If a player completely relies on others to perform, it's tough to justify him being at the top % of the game
Newcastle won first trophy in 70 years Harry Kane won his first trophy in 31 years Bologna won their first trophy in 51 years Crystal Palace just won their first major trophy ever Does that mean Tottenham are winning the Europa League?
You just don’t like him. That’s fine, but name another top goal scorer that doesn’t rely on others? Especially at a team like City where they face 10 men behind the ball in nearly every match.
Yamal has only 18 goals this season. Not exactly the 52 Haaland scored two seasons ago. Mbappe is probably a better player for creating chances, but a lot of his goals came from 1-2 passing.
They aren't any goalscorers that don't rely on others but they are goalscorers who can make goals out of nothing for themselves even if the team as a whole isn't performing that well, personally i don't see Haaland as one of those, and that's the difference for me, how many times has Madrid played poorly and Cristiano, Kylian, Benz, even Vin fashioned goals out of nothing to pull us through, i prefer guys that don't totally rely on service and the whole team being on song in order to make a difference
As for City, tactics tactics tactics, possession possession possession, looked good, lost, meh.... football, no guarantees.....
Man city currently 6th place. If they won’t qualify to the CL next season, will RM should try to buy Haaland / Rodri ?
