What goes up must come down, that includes both Barca and Real Madrid. You can't win every year, so never get used to it.
No, did you not hear he got "found out" when he lost to Inter? /s Seriously... seeing how he's not really injury prone I think the only thing that can stop him now is pussy and booze His left foot is absolute gold. Power, placement and he can curl it well too. Doesn't even need a lot of room to let it fly. I think this one will be a headache for some time to come. But, eventually, we will learn how to contain him too. Towards the end of his Barca career even Messi was being shut out by us. I just hope the board doesn't make stupid decisions and builds a well balanced squad going forward.
This is true, you can't win all every year. But at the same time a trophyless season should never be okay at a club of this stature.
Getting upset because Barcelona (one of the greatest institutions in the history of the sport) won is ridiculous. If it hurts you this much, better get used to it because it will happen often. The same goes for their fans when it comes to Real Madrid. Fans having this kind of masochistic trait where they soak up every little report about an opponents/rivals celebrations has to be studied.
Xavi Simmons being crushed in the German press. Reports of teammates being sick of him and his attitude, having multiple bodyguards despite him being pretty much a nobody and people that handle daily things he can't be bothered to be doing, like carrying his bags when the team travels.
Yeah, that guy can play but he always seems a bit of a strange person. His face alone would bother me as a teammate, let alone the mannerisms on the pitch. I'm not a fan.

Why would you think I'm upset after reading my comment? I'm simply saying that having a trophyless year at a club with our resources will never be okay. Accepting trophyless seasons as "just business" is for clubs that want to end up like Man Utd. I think you mixed me up with someone because I never scrutinized Barca celebrations, nor was calling out any of their players for being annoying or "sore winners".
Atlético Madrid and Villarreal have reached an agreement in principle for Álex Baena, according to El Chiringuito. The red-and-white team would pay around €55 million. The player had offers from Saudi Arabia, but he prioritizes staying in Spain. _______ “Florian Wirtz and his family are free to visit their friends in Manchester, Liverpool, Madrid, or wherever. Of course, we deal with that (the rumors). People say, 'Florian Wirtz will sign for Bayern,' but nobody knows. Florian Wirtz has a contract with Bayer Leverkusen; that's the current situation. All the speculation about an agreement being reached, when the signing will be, the medical… That's what we have to ignore. We're doing our job, and perhaps we know the facts a little better than the speculation or hearsay…” Max Eberl , sporting director of Bayern Munich
I wasn't talking about you specifically, go back a few posts and see how triggered some people become by the celebrations.
Totally, agree; however, there are a bunch of glory hunters here who demand 5:0 wins in every game and big-time trophies every season... and if it doesn't happen, they start shitting on players and coaches who brought success to this club.
It's doesn't matter who they will bring to the team. As long as Simeone is their coach, nothing will change. Maybe they'll win a major title once every few years, but nothing more than that. This year it looked like they had a real chance to win a big trophy, with Real collapsing, Barcelona’s weak squad, the signings of Álvarez and Sørloth, and the fact they didn’t suffer from injuries. But at the end of the day, even in a season like this, he still managed to find a way to mess it all up.
JOSE MOURINHO: "El Barcelona no tiene un sueño, sino una obsesión: el Real Madrid. Te enseñan a odiarlos. Odian al Madrid más de lo que aman al Barcelona. Tienen una obsesión llamada Bernabéu".
I'd love to see them try to repeat a double. There's a lot of things that have to go right in order for that to happen.
I don't need the team to win 5-0. I just need them to not be dog shit in all phases of the pitch. There's only so many times I can watch our attack fluff chances or make boneheaded decisions only for ********ing Las Palmas or someone scythe right through the midfield and score their only chance of the game and put us into a panic. Then the gesticulating and whining from our players begins. A truly awful season. Right up there with the Lopetegui and 08/09 season. I'm so incredibly happy with 2-0 victories. I loved the Zidane era of being stout at the back and essentially playing peak Italian football. We were just absolutely awful to watch in almost every game this year except one or two.
The first thing that needs to happen is for Raphinha to have an amazing season like this one: -He scored almost 1.5 times more goals than in his previous two La Liga seasons combined. -It's only his third season in which he reached double digits in league goals (one of the previous two was in the Portuguese league). -This is his first-ever season finishing with double digits in both goals and assists in the league. Also, Barça has to avoid injuries to their key players. Lewa, Yamal, and Raphinha either avoided injuries this season or at least weren’t out for a long time. Of course, above all else, the most important thing is that every broom keeps on scoring, shoutout to Ferran.
Fascinating fight for 3rd and 4th in Bundesliga. 3) Frankfurt with 57 points and +20 GD. 4) Freiburg with 55 points and -2 GD. 5) Dortmund with 54 points and +17 GD. Dortmund play already relegated Holstein on final matchday while Frankfurt and Freiburg face each other. Dortmund can qualify for CL on GD if they score enough at home vs Holstein. Just a win enough for Dortmund if Freiburg doesn't beat Frankfurt. Serie A title race going down to the wire. Napoli 78 & Inter 77 points after 36 rounds.
