    The Ange decision is interesting.

A coach that is playing EXACTLY as promised. Do you give him better players or see this as non sustainable and cut him loose?

Non sustainable. The players don't like him anymore IMO. Watch them shit magic on the pitch when a new coach comes.

Ange is so bad. Their worst finish in 15 years was 11th, every other season was 8th or above.

    They are currently in 11th.

He's disingenuous too. Acts all tough in press conference openly criticizing the team, mentality of the club for decades etc when he's no different.

I don't believe in club mentality due to illustrious history anyways. SAF built that mentality at Utd to dominate for 20 years. City were spending under Mancini and Pellegrini too, but it's Pep who made them a dynasty in PL. Managers can change things while Ange is not self critical.

Indeed. Kind of unfortunate he was forced to leave SP mid season. Apparently he took his whole team with him to MaUre too. It's bad for CL because with him in Portugal, that would have been another good team in Europe but now they seem lost, as you say (understandably).

And must be shitty for Amorim too having to work with a bunch of 3rd rate players for 7 months before being able to make some real changes.

The 3 that are there now are quite a way ahead of the rest. But who is 2nd and who is 3rd out of Arsenal & Chelsea? Don't know.

feels like an eternity since I've watched Italian league, some good teams but the overall quality of a tie is so hard to predict

    edit:

that might be a penalty for ATM

not given, looked worse live than in replay

Other than them and Inter I'd say Fiorentina and Lazio, they're both doing better than previous seasons.

    Important win for Lazio.
Gila also had a really good game, made many important interventions in the final minutes when Napoli were just throwIng men forward.

Felt inevitable that Atletico will turn it around. Yet another winner in added time. Sadly, it seems like they have replaced us as ‘that’ team. They keep winning late, can’t ever write them off.

Let's see if Atletico will show up against Barca in couple of weeks time. Their confidence is high right now.

Griezmann still as decisive as he's ever been for them.

Yeah, I’ve lost count of the late goals they’ve scored over the past year. And he’s been immense for them.
