No it's because you say foolish statements like Iniesta is overrated when anyone with half a brain has him in the same sentence with Zidane and Modric.
I feel PL teams will dominate this year. The best Spanish team right now is Barcelona, and they are terrible in Europe.
I consider the focus around it an excuse for how the team is performing. Deflection at it's best. Every week we're crying about something else, apparently how we play depends on the fans at away games. Premier League teams are a bit ahead of the curve. They are expanding the depth of the training staff and being innovative there.
Spanish teams with a disaster week in Europe so far, aside from Barcelona (who played a Conference League side btw).
Poor man's Osimhen. No but in all seriousness, imo he can become a consistent 20 goal per season striker by next season if he continues this rate of progression. Like Victor, he's got heart, heading ability and brain. I think what he is missing the most to become worldclass is strength. He is not a weakling by any means, but when he tries to run with the ball he's muscled off. Add a few kgs of muscle and we will be talking Madrid level quality. Colombia's future is bright af bro.
The punishment has to be consquential enough to be a deterent I think especially in cases like thus where thing could escalate from lighters, to smoke bombs until there are serious injuries and worse. Not like there's no precedent for the "worse". The stopping the game and teams going to the lockerrooms backfired on Real Madrid so that of course doesn't help and when you have half measures like "partial" stadium closures all you do embolden the behavior because I doubt this is going make these cavemen reconsider or have second thoughts about doing this type of thing (again).
We’re going to face the same bullshit next we play there because there was no penalty of consequence. I’m just waiting until someone is killed in the stands or a supporter jumps onto the field and attacks a player.
It would be bizarre if he makes it to Christmas. Then again: it was bizarre to not only keep him, but even extend his contract.
Let's ignore the fact that City gave a disasterclass vs Inter and Arsenal drew with Atalanta - both goalless draws. City and Arsenal are performing just as good as we are at the moment - which is neither here nor there.
Thank you he is a bit of a hot head though. I think he leads all leagues in goals per minutes but also yellow cards per minutes a lot of your boy Balotelli in him
