Weren't you going on about how Mbappe will snub us again all last season? Now that Mbappe is here, goalpost shifted to Haaland plays elsewhere.
Dunno, he looks as sharp. His shooting is a bit unlucky, and the keepers have made some really good saves (shocker, it’s better than Uber eats league) I think Haaland/Mbappe is a better duo than Vinny/Mbappe or Vinny/Haaland.
The only player I’d swap Vinny for is Haaland, which is never to happen. Haaland will be at Barca next year, so it’s all a moot point. If Yamal can stay fit, Raphina continues his production, Barca will be a menace with Haaland. Probably a better trio than ours.
Yeah there is no fvcking way that'll happen, they are on the very brink of financial ruin and it will only get worse for them. City are also working on getting Haaland renewed. Vini halted the recent renewal negotiations, it is suggested that he could take a serious look at the Saudi offer in the summer. He'll make x30 times more there. I won't be surprised if he leaves.
Barca had their salary cap increase for next year; https://playingfor90.com/posts/barc...ake-up-january-s-transfer-window-01j7czwyvpzq They will be able to afford Haaland and Pep hasn’t renewed yet for next year. Haaland has the clause to leave for 2025. Barca will go hard to get him. I highly doubt Vinny will go to Saudi. A lot of those reports were just fantasy rubbish.
They aren't anywhere close to the '1-1 rule' of salaries and are above their cap currently. If they don't get €60m from somewhere (e.g. Nike), they won't be able to register Olmo from 12/31 onwards. AFAIK they still owe money to some players e.g. De Jong. That's just a drop in a sea of their financial misery. These idiots can't even get Nico Williams let alone one of the best players in the world. Haaland's new deal with City will likely make him the highest paid footballer in Europe by salary (Mbappe tops him when including annual bonus). I think he'll be happier without Pep around.
The season just started. They play good football and have some nice players. You might be surprised in a few months.
I think they're set for a midtable finish below expectations. Foreign investors stop pumping money into a money burning teams that's losing, curtains. We've seen this before.
Yeah ok bro. You people like to torture yourselves for the hell of It. So peimistic. Has Made coming to these forum More of a choir than the Entertainment its meant for.
I sometimes say we could sign god and people would ask that we sign satan to have the full set. Never satisfied.
🚨🏴 GOAL | Aston Villa 3-2 Everton | Jhon DuranJHON DURAN HAS JUST SCORED THE GOAL OF THE YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!https://t.co/7Vih2A936L— Tekkers Foot (@tekkersfoot) September 14, 2024 Duran could be a player
Ousmane Dembélé Season 23/24 42 games 2586 minutes 6 goals Season 24/25 4 games 227 minutes 3 goals today he scored a brace. idk what happend, but this dude is one fire.
More freedom? The new talisman? Alot of things could've contributed. But nobody cares about Ligue 1. If he manages to win QSG their first CL that's when we can talk
This guy flatters to deceive and is invisible when it truly counts. How he starts for France ahead of Barcola, I'll never know.
You’d rather have Vinny/Mbappe than Haaland/Mbappe? Not being pessimistic but Vinny has so much baggage with his antics and inconsistency. I’d be more than good with the swap.
I'd rather keep the player who's helped us win multiple trophies over the years and who happens to be an assist machine.
