Real Madrid should be fined, they should play behind closed doors and points should be deducted. This cannot continue. The only way to get this message across is through severe punishment. The Spanish have, once again shown their primitive nature...Douchebags!

no class? You are being to kind to those fans. What kind of sick ********** is the nazi salute. What a bunch of sc*mbags. I hope they all get fined and forbidden to go to any soccer match in the world. I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw that. There is no place for such gests in soccer and anywhere in the world.

I'm just waiting for the Spainiards to start blaming the Germans for the disgraceful behaviour of their fans just as they blamed England's press etc for their monkey chants directed at black players in the England Spain match. I wish I could say I'm amazed that UEFA hasn't immediately heavily penalized Spanish football, but considering the sway that clubs like Real have over its affairs, I can't. Take this quote for example "The punishment will depend on the gravity of the matter," said Uefa spokesman William Gaillard.
If this rent-a-mouth cannot fathom how grave legions of Real supporters giving Nazi salutes whilst making ape noises at Bayer's Roque Junior is, before a "referee's report" expect a cynical wrist slapping at most.
Meantime, it would be nice to see some proactive responses from the media... They could start by pulling the plug (and by extention the vast amounts of money paid) on broadcasting matches played by this nation and its clubs so unwilling to take EFFECTIVE responsibility for the vileness of so many of its supporters. Holidaymakers (tourist to you yanks) could do their bit by skipping the Costa Del Sewage, and spending their Euros elsewhere. Better yet, would be for oppossing players to just walk off the pitch when these mass displays of bigotry occur.

Not every spaniard is a member of the ku klux klan, and any assumption like that is also racist.I don't think the players should be punished either but they should certainly have to play their next match behind closed doors.

Of course the Spanish FA and Madrid officials are going to come up with some stupid excuse, why would they take responsibility or admit wrongdoing? The Spanish FA are just being a bunch of pansies like the Americans with the basketball situation. They won't resolve anything and it will happen again and again in the future. Spain is pretty disgusting right now when it comes to football.
