I gotta make a thread about this guy. First off why hasn't he broke through to the first team. He's very good. He's got the skill (maybe more) than Paul Scholes and has pace while running with the ball. And cunning tricks and shot accuracy of Cantona.

Honestly a few days ago against Redditch he tried this AMAZING shot. Ball comes in fast from the wing into the box - he jumps in the air throws his left leg over the ball and back heels it (mid air) looping style towards goal with his right peg. Fricking el' Pele couldn't do stuff like this guy. Never seen a shot like it. As it was keeper saved it (was having a blinder against him). Keeper was also laughing at the shot.

He burned off defenders a few times, and ended up scoring. Every time i've watched him though, he looks a level above.

Paddy Creand says its cus he doesn't do it regularly as to why he hasn't made the cut yet. wtf EVERY time i've seen him play he's Cantona good.

Im off to find this clip of one of the greatest attempts of all time. Yes it was that good.

hes very talented and when hes on form its a joy to watch. But he isnt consistent enough and i think has a bit of an attitude problem. Hes scored 2 goals for reserves in their presesason so if hes more of a goalthreat hell have a bigger chance at games. Must say i was disappointed he isnt on the tour (felt the same last season) while kieran, djordjic and chadwick who are all below timm in terms of talent are there

He should be on the tour I emailed MUTV to try and get this clip of an in-air reverse backheel type trick - very good to watch.

Could it be that he appears to be so good while playing against poor opposition? I mean, if he was that good he would have gotten a shout last year or this year on the tour... he might not be a bad option as a reserve after we sell Forlan and use Smith at RW...

I dunno I think it's like laddi said; consistancy or attitude. Im pissed there is no clip of this shot on the manutd ws.

Manutd vs Redditch utd 22nd July.

He's only a reserve player, but scores some cracking goals. Baffles me. Just seems a class act.

It wasn't a goal, but the keeper scampered back and finger tipped it. (then laughed) No doubt one of the best attempts of all time. Just purely because he was facing the other way in mid air. Very bizare shot. I emailed MUTV. If i would of known I would of taped it cus it was on the higlights.

dont know if anyone saw a John Barnes goal aggges ago where he did some nice back heel into the goal off a cross; well this was like that in mid air and ten times more difficult.

Another email off to them. Got to see it.

Better, but it didn't go in - keeper saved it. It kind of looped, then keeper finger tipped it onto the bar or just over forgot. Stupid MUTV never reply to emails.

u know u are raving about this shot, but I am sure it has nothing on Van der Vaart's effort for Ajax with his flying backheel, and there was another Dutch player (i think its willy something, cant be sure) who did a reverse bicycle kick (it was a backheel to a ball that was well behind him and chest high)... those were goals... man o man...

Im lost as to why he wasn't on this tour. Maybe Fergie is senile. He's the best player in the reserves by miles.
