It is a league but each team plays only 8 opponents, 2 from each of 4 pots, but the ranking is based on points According to Wikipedia, PSV, Galatasaray, Leverkusen, City and Liverpool got the toughest draws, based on their opponents' ranking/coefficient Atalanta, Sporting, Barcelona, Pafos and Copenhagen got the easiest.
