Gakpo is kind of a shitty dribbler but he has pace and power on his side. I still don't think he should be playing on the wing but he scored a great goal just now
É gênio, é GOAT, é Luis Díaz.https://t.co/TglKwWuvXW— Cen7ral do Díaz 🇧🇷 (@CentralLuisDiaz) October 30, 2024
Benched for Gakpo I think this will push Diaz to perform when called upon Reward for gakpo's midweek performance
He will no doubt be brought on in 2nd half. Liverpool losing at home, really frustrating when arsenal lost today and city also is losing. Great opportunity to get an edge over these teams.
Maybe coincidence but give Diaz credit for bringing energy when they needed it. 2 immediate goals by Liverpool when he came on.
Yeah the changes were succesful. Happy they could capitalize on both Arsenal and City loosing on the same day. Doesn't happen very often to say the least.
No problem at all. They have 4 available players for 3 spots and a shitload of difficult games ahead of them. The aquisition of Chiesa was clearly a mistake sadly because he would've been needed, and jota is injured maybe for another month. I think about the EPL and champions league and I think great things may come liverpools way this season. I'm not going to say too much and up like refisal, but if Amorim turns out to be a success at Man.utd then it may help liverpool a lot, since both arsenal and City have both their games left against them and liverpool thrashed them 3-0 away. Of course I know that the man.utd crisis didn't start with ten hag, they've played badly under other coaches ever since Ferguson left, but anyway they probably will step up their game for the rest of the season and steal some points from the other contenders. (I don't see anyone but City, Liverpool and Arsenal winning)
Chiesa is class but is an Italian James. Not capable of more than 5 games max Guajaro can handle the competition he's better than Gakpo the fake winger The other day Arnie played Diaz on the right and Gakpo on the left as a test but I noticed that Liverpool mainly just attacked through the left and Diaz didn't get as much of the ball
