You are 10000% correct. Luis gets 3 for a bad tackle (while actually trying to win the ball), but 'pretty boy' only gets one for a bad elbow?? Ridiculous.

Absolutely true. I also think that the freedom that Kompany has given him allows him to excel and showcase his true abilities. He's not constrained to just stay on one wing. He moves about and creates for himself AND his team-mates. Plus, he's not just a one way player. His defensive backtracking and excellent work-rate makes him a fantastic signing.

they are not like Lucho lol. We made fun of James here but South Americans do not like that cold weather. He’s not alone. He was just the only one dumb enough to say it

    Lucho is special

I don't think people in general like cold weather... There are some but I know a lot of people who live in the northern region of the world across continents who wish they were living some place a lot warmer.

I mean for glory, Munich's name is enough to sway a lot of footballers for glory. Even at Champions League level.

Also, being the 3rd largest city in Germany, I don't think it is fair to associate the word "isolated" with them, Hahaha.

yeah, the germans are the exact opposite of a south american. In every way you can think of

they are not outgoing, talkative people, they aren't into the constant people pleasing thing that we love. They value hard work and professionalism something that we struggle with, we like the easy way out and always look to half ass our way into everything.

their country as a whole is very cold and unless you are from Bogota, you will not relate to the cold. Even Bogota does not get as cold as german cities do, it generally stays the same weather year round and I find it quite pleasant because I hate boiling weather.

Kane is unbelievable though, they were winning 1-0 all game with that loser Nick Jackson, Kane gets subbed in and instantly scores a hattrick

What a disaster, I really don't know how much they wanted to let Diaz go truthfully or not but I suspect they prioritized Salah and felt he was expendable with a new 9 and Gakpo able to occupy the left. Fast forward to now Gakpo is a complete disaster one dimensional player unable to bring what Diaz does on the left and Salah is having a predictable fall off at 33 and Liverpool have competently fallen apart. What a train wreck and Diaz is taking his game up a notch and left a sinking ship.

At the beginning of the season, they were clicking, and Etikike looked like the 9 Nunez never became. I think that the Isak transfer rubbed so many players the wrong way, and when Slot also tried to give heavy minutes to Wirtz, he disaffected another significant portion of the squad.

To think that if they had given Lucho a raise (plus adquiring Etikike) and maybe signed Salah's understudy, they'd been in a much better place, but they went the wrong way.
