Re: Luis Angel Landin Player Thread I beg to differ "failed" I dont know what Cruz Azul you saw last season but Landin was one of the only good things out of the them. 7 goals out of 16 goals is not that bad He has also stated that he is not ready for the MNT and has said that he let the air get to his head. He has mature greatly and has apologize for his mistakes and wants to move on. He also has stated that he just wants to focused on his club and nothing else. He actually seems very happy to be playing for houston and seems very comfortable around the his teammates, which is a good sign. Mancilla? a guy who's half of his goals come from penalties, oh ok if he is that good why would Toluca let him go and not resign him?

Mancilla is being let go as a free agent for a reason. Landin is at the dynamos to rebuild his career and not for the money. as i have understood it, he is getting paid less than other players at the squad because i saw a money list somewhere here i think. iIthink landin is not scoring because the dynamos are not using him as they should. He is not a guy who will create chances all by himself, and the midfielders for dynamos arent very good with passing the ball to him. Maybe he is just not a good fit for them, or maybe there is something against him because they dont have any other mexicans on the team that he can be buddies with. Scoring goals takes confidence and chemistry. I dont think they provide that for landin.
