Is the Loyalty Points website active? I can't get in with any usernames that I would use.

I don't remember a TV code from Sunday either.

There was no loyalty code for Sunday just an opening day ticket discount code.

I was told they are still integrating, and that it will eventually work without an additional logon, because I couldn't get in either. I'd give it a few more days.

    I'd give it 60-90.

Loyalty Account is back. Only a few hours before first game. Union 2.0 really making a difference

Oh and my balance did not transfer.

I assume that since I can't see them, that they are sold out already?

I got my "congrats" email for the club pass, but I have not received my "further information" from the team, yet.

    Yes. I believe so.

I haven't received anything about the bench seats either. Are the club passes just for access or do they include any food or drinks?

Call me a dingus, but what exactly do you get with the Bench Warmers thing? I was way too late and couldn't find any information at all.

Sat on the Union bench from 6:15-6:50 during warmups. The starters warmed up directly in front of us. They were friendly to all of the kids. Not particularly exciting, more so for the kids. My son loved it.

Club Pass upgrade was probably the best use of my points in all 7 seasons. Had a wonderful buffet meal (shrimp & grits, some incredibly beef with dry rub & gravy, meats & cheeses, and more!), and then watched the game from the patio area. Very nice evening, and could even go inside to warm up (under dressed for the breezy evening).

Felt bad abandoning my seats in TRE, but wanted to get the full experience for my points. :D

I would do it again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to others, as well.

The possibility to get called into the game by JC if the depth that night is lacking?
Any Union shellfish aficionados in the club to rub elbows - and share cocktail sauce - with?

Well it was the best use of my points over the years, but I can't say that I still think the loyalty point system is all that satisfying.

The only people I noticed looking like official Union type representatives were a group of young guys (Academy aged, perhaps), who got food from the buffet and then sat off by themselves away from the unwashed masses.

May have been a couple "money" guys, too. Several were discussing the various Stadiums and Club Boxes/Suites they had been in over the years at other MLS venues.

Was the buffet included with the upgrade?

No, you had to pay. But it was totally worth it for what I normally pay for a Stadium Dog & a Stella. I ended up going back a few times, the shrimp w/ grits, and the spice rubbed beef was out of this world!

Do they still do the away codes? I can't recall seeing them on the MLS Live broadcasts.

Edit: Probably because they use the home team feeds. Oops.

Yes, they had an away code the past two away matches.

Looks like Stadium Club rewards again this week. The reward for your loyalty: Pay for your own food. That's So Union.

Field upgrade seats are cool for 5 minutes. Then not so much. You can't see squat.

I cashed in points anyway for the upgrade :(

I never use the points. So without a doubt their is something great coming for which I'll be short 250 points.
