I love this. It seems Koeman is secure and not looking over his shoulder at all and that Van Gaal is sincere that he is done coaching. Koeman still handles transfers and Van Gaal focuses on the youth system. It will take a year or two to see Van Gaal's effect I believe, but damn am i pleased.
