I was there too! Wish I’d seen this earlier. Was there a lineup change? Aman started but didn’t do much. This is definitely the right level for him now.
I was over in Section 104. Match ended 3-3 and it was entertaining if at times sloppy. I thought Aman showed well actually. He got the assist on the first goal, he was asking for the ball and finding space that his team mates often didn't see. He also got a good run at goal in the second half but got the ball tangled up in his feet before he could get the shot off. The one thing that Louisville did all night was body him up. Aman is small and if the ref allows "old time hockey" types of matchs, Aman is going to be knocked to the pitch many times without a whistle. I do think a year in USL will do wonders for his game and get him used to being manhandled by bigger and faster players than he played against in college.
Somewhat bummed that attendance for Loudoun United games is down from last year. Given the location and gas prices going up.
