Lost - Season 2 [R]

if we go into seasons 3 and 4, there will be some serious plot stretching going on.

 

As oposed to the better actors on this show, she seems absolutely artificial, she's the ultimate cliche method actress and that's very annoying, especially with all the screen time she's getting. Like I said though, I'll keep tuning in as I think her character is good for the show.

 

The crossword clue Locke was answering when Eko appeared was 42 down, Enkidu's friend. The answer was Gilgamesh.

I think it is far more likely that Eko and Locke become friends, but I can't remember exactly how the Gilgamesh epic goes. I think they were friends but competitive. Q

 

Eko and Locke are more spirtual then Ana-Lucia and Jack who are leaders

As for the latest story arc, I think Michelle Rodriguez is going to make things very interesting. I think there's going to be a serious conflict now that she's not the one in charge anymore, and that she'll slowly lose it. I almost expect her to end up like the French woman from season 1 by the end of the season.

 

Who is Michelle Rodriguez? Isn't she the actress in SWAT and Resident Evil? If so, I never saw her in Lost - Season 1??

 

I just got caught up with LOST, and that's why I didn't post here before....been watching season 1 and what I had missed of season 2.

But if the whole plot line of LOST turns out to be what that guy Andrew in the other forums is saying, I'm going to be hughely dissapointed.

If it does turn out to be the "sci-fi channel original" he is discussing I'm pretty much going to cry......

Yea, Michelle was in s01e23, when she and Jack talk at the bar.

 

She appeared near the end of episode 1. Jack met her at a bar, they talked for a bit...jack kind of hit on her and then she said the next drink is on the plane and she is in seat 42a or some such number.

 

...that was Michelle? I remember that episode, but I am sure I would have realised it was her.

She's not on the island is she?

And yes, I do feel that it is a sci-fi series. Either that, or the producer of Suvivor, Mark Burnett, has turned his series into a cloak version now called Lost.

 

She was on the tail end of the plane when it crashed on the other side of the island.

 

No, I'm not a big fan of hers, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be interested in her. The same goes for music, and other things. I want to be more educated and more aware of all things, even the ones I'm not entirely fond of.
As for Michelle Rodriguez, if you've watched anything else she's been in, you would realize that everything she does is a carbon copy of her prior "work". Maybe the fact that she's typecast makes her that much more unbearable.

And why does the doc keep seeing his dad? What's all that about?

 

well, his body was on the plane. Maybe it was reanimated by scientist polar bears.

 

...do you lot believe we will see the beast? If there is a beast at all that is.

 

Maybe Kate is seeing Jack's dad cuz it said on the next episode that Kate is seeing ghosts or maybe all the people who died on the island like that french lady's friends who were once on that island.

Well she took the aussie girls baby so she could get back her son who got taken from the others a long time ago. so yes I think that they were both after her but for different reasons.

For me it goes beyond the typecast. From the Fast and the Furious to Resident Evil to SWAT, not only does she play the same role, but her characters are totally unsympathetic and she always has the mug. That look really says volumes of her attitude. Her characters are completely unlikeable. Hell, Alex and Richard the III are terrible, but there is something in their personalities that makes you care about them. Who knows perhaps she is a good actress and if you met her she would be charming, though given the fact she was in volved in a cat fight with her then roommate which resulted in assualt charges against her, she may be playing herself.

 

id like to see kate fight with michelle rodriguez. isnt she a cop and kate a thief? there u go i think kate would kick her bitchy ass.
