🚨🚨| An unreleased Florentino Perez audio file, in which he disrespects Barcelona president Joan Laporta, could be leaked in the next few days. @_AdrianSnchz #rmalive— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) July 19, 2021 Clutching
Rumor is they have more but coudn't release it due to legal action. In all likelihood, they realized it had the opposite effect to what was intended and decided to cut bait.
Probably a bit of both. Realizing nobody cares about this shit and a stern letter from Don Flo’s attorney probably silenced them up real quick.
I just hope they don't release anything from Ferguson -- he liked us, right?... This is becoming ridiculous junior high mean girls sh*t.
I remember, that’s why I said it was horrible cause even though we had some glaring problems, I remember specifically us needing more goals, we chose to ignore any possible solutions in other players. Sort of like what Zidane did, but much much worse.
To be honest this whole super league shit has cast a dark cloud over Real Madrid. Florentine needs to cut that shit out. I spoke to some of the fans of the English clubs involved before and nobody wanted that. The problem is that even if we don’t get banned from the CL, we’re gonna be paranoid that that shit will spill into our games, and refs making calls against us etc.
Literally no one cares what they want; from their own government to UEFA, Ceferin and even the Oil States.
🚨🎙| Luis Figo: “After the leaks, Perez spoke to me, and he apologized for it. The topic has become a closed file for me. Sometimes when you are in a private conversation, you speak out of context, but he spoke to me.”— Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) July 20, 2021
Figo didn't even leave on the best of terms with the club and plays in the Legends matches every year. Class guy as opposed to these "journalists". My mother has probably said the same shit about me. Not news.
Flo seems to have aged a lot in these pandemic years. Florentino Perez a pris un sacré coup de vieux 😱 pic.twitter.com/M5tamCrfT2— Real French Madrid (@RMFrench_) July 30, 2021
https://www.espn.com/soccer/spanish...s-drama-once-real-madridatleticosevilla-begin Graham Hunter is so salty that Leo Messi left, he's blaming Laporta for working with his "new bestie" Florentino Perez and surrendering too much. Cules are so hellbent on blaming others that they even externalize the very president they elected. Credit to Laporta for trying to bring that shithouse of a club back into financial solvency, but apparently working with Florentino Perez even when it benefits them is heresy. Buncha idiots, the whole lot of them.
Should step down and let someone who actually has an idea to run a club take his place. The leaks, ESL fiasco, lack of the impact he used to have in transfer market being some of the reasons.
Gotta love the whole "you have to ignore everything negative and his wages and simply focus on how good he can kick a football". People that have been writing, talking, thinking football all their life have completely lost touch with regular life/work/financial issues. Barcelona have been criminally mismanaged for decades and the only reason the shop is still open is because, to paraphrase the article, "they kick the ball around very well". The fact that the club called for financial aid during the pandemic, a measure that should be reserved for regular businesses, is completely forgotten.
