Please get well soon Floro. My former surgery professor (72yrs old) with long standing diabetes and chronic renal failure survived COVID and came home 2 days ago. He barely made it tho. There were nights when it was touch and go. He’s still in bad shape but he’s still with us. Hoping it doesn’t go anywhere close to that with Florentino. Cant lose this man.

if you can make it thru a surgery internship, residency and fellowship, you are cut from a whole other cloth.

    Messi to RM. [emoji23]

Seriously, he's 32. Has he been a RM member for 20 years which is the requirement to contest? ZZ and Flo will be on one side and I doubt this dude has an appealing coach for Socios.

Yea. I expect Flo to win and election pressure is good to improve the squad.

Florentino should win quite comfortably, but some competition never hurt anyone and maybe will push him to provide more transparency on the club's future plans. I feel like we're all sort of guessing what the financial impact to the club has been from the pandemic and how hard it has hurt our ability to spend on improving the squad.

I seriously wouldn’t take him as president even if he brought both of them.
Florentino is our era’s Bernabeu and is probably the best president in our history.

He’s got balls. Least he’s attempting and not shitting his pants like anyone else with the thought of competing.

Sorry bro, but Florentino Perez > Mbappe & Haaland. He's worth 10 of those signings.

at this point it is probably Perez who is trying to convince people to run against him. There is just no chance for anyone.

Why do I feel like this new opposing candidate is going to force Flo to make reasonable consessions about squad building, investing in youth, scouting and evelpmemt, etc., and Zidane is gonna be like fuq dat, I'm outties.

Brazilians usually have each other's back in Europe (outside of football as well as far as I can tell from personal experience) , that's an awesome thing.

I guess after the Zidane/Klopp blunder Riquelme decided to wait until people forget he ever said that

When the guy was running on hiring a manager who insulted the club (and also stated he could careless about managing it) what could you expect?

Florentino has flaws. Okay. He has made mistakes. True.

Still we can have no one better. We just need him to be at his best.
